At Dry Creek our primary customer is the independently owned furniture store. From day one we have tried to create products and services that best suit these stores. Product quality and price, along with availability, delivery, and an above average customer service attitude are our cornerstones. Product design, color and leather selection and services have all been strongly influenced by our customer. Their ideas and needs drive our business, everyday.

When we first focused our product development on price, trying to "compete with the big guys", we recognized you wanted a better product than the discounters offer and were willing to pay a little more for it. We raised our product standards and kept pricing in line with what you demanded and today we offer one of, if not the best value on the market.

Being a family owned and operated company, we put great value in respecting each other and quality of work environment. We employ 10 people here at our office in Springfield MO. We also employ 8 people in China who oversee our operations there and act as liaisons with the factories who manufacture our products. Our dog Sugar is the last piece of the puzzle, joining us at the office every day to help lighten the mood.

At Dry Creek Home we believe the customers are special---they buy our products and pay the bills. They want to be treated special, like any customer.
