To meet the demands of Today’s retail customer "I want it now" Dry Creek recognized we would not be serving the independent store owner by delivering your orders in 10, 8, or even 6 weeks. Three to four weeks were a maximum delivery time if we were truly going to offer you something new and different. Shipping within 3 to 4 weeks from the order date spells INVENTORY, plain and simple. Inventory adds expense so the only alternative is to begin with a small portfolio of products and grow it slowly, as afforded. You have accepted that smaller product line, in support of our inventory service, and today we deliver, 95% of the time within the promised 3 to 4 weeks.

Delivery

Dry Creek Distribution is a vital part of our success. We recognized early on the pitfalls of using common carriers for all deliveries... expensive, slow, poor customer service and very inflexible. With our own trucks and drivers we make 90% of the deliveries to our customers. We control the expense and keep your transportation costs low. Because we decide when and where to deliver, we are able to adjust each week to individual and even store needs. One of the biggest advantages to Dry Creek Distribution is our freedom to pick up and return merchandise at a minimum cost. That privilege allows us to treat our stores the way we want, not completely influenced by high transportation costs.
